THE SUPPORTED COMPARISON

What the records can show

Eligible records support total output, target attainment and a net target gap, kept within each work-center and product group.

A positive target gap can support a conditional financial scenario when you supply currency, contribution margin, a recovery assumption and confirmed additional demand.

THE LIMITS OF THE ANSWER

What still needs confirmation

A production target is a recorded reference, not proof of feasible output or unmet customer demand. Total output is not silently treated as good or saleable output. A gap alone does not identify its cause or establish recoverable sales.

A scan may find no positive opportunity, or insufficient data for this comparison. Its conclusion applies to the eligible records and supported methods shown.

FROM EVIDENCE TO A NEXT CHECK

A useful next investigation

  1. Confirm that the target and recorded total output mean the same thing and cover the same product and period.
  2. Review the cited records with the people responsible for production, then validate target feasibility, demand and practical recoverability.
